Why GroAPro?
Everyplace we looked on-line had articles and suggestions of how to do certain things and manage situations but they never provided an actual tool to use that was helpful. If they did, they wanted us to subscribe and or pay a large sum of money just for 1 spreadsheet or tool. We started GroAPro as an alternative to others who would make you read a lot of books, subscribe or provide teasers to get what you needed to succeed. We decided that people trying to change the path of their careers; whether early or late in the career, could learn and use our tools easily and quickly to excel at work and Grow, Advance and Prosper on your terms.
Why PDF's?
Originally we were going to offer just the 100% functional versions of our "books" but realized many people just want an idea to spark their own creativity or confirm what they are doing is in the right direction. When we decided to collect our work and select the most useful and meaningful tools, we wanted people to see and understand what the tools could do. The PDF's, we hope, will convince you to buy the fully functional versions of our 'Books". If not, we hope the PDF's help you in your current and future needs.

Fully Functional Means what?
Fully functional means that you are able to edit and customize all the spreadsheets and word documents. You are able to just fill in the blanks - they are not blocked or restricted in anyway. You can start using them instantly and hopefully make a difference for yourself and your organization by being more productive faster. The books do contain some explanations but the majority of each publication are tools to be used by you or your team.
